About the Role

LinkSquares is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Success Managers and driving the vision for our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Customer Success Managers, including recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching.
  • Own your team's forecast and drive results to meet and exceed both renewals and net retention targets.
  • Serve as a coach and a leader, helping to develop the skills of your individual contributors.
  • Be a key contributor to the Customer Success Leadership team.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for customer issues and work to resolve those issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, data analysis, goal setting, career development, performance management, and process improvement.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a track record of managing Customer Success teams in a high-growth SaaS company. You should have a strong understanding of customer success strategies and be able to drive results through creative problem-solving and collaboration.
