Job Summary:
The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-value clients in the healthcare industry. This role requires a strong understanding of client needs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to develop actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Account Growth and Development: Identify opportunities for account growth, develop strategies to achieve revenue targets, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create customized proposals and presentations.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account plans that align with clients' business goals, analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and monitor and report on account performance.
- Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services, oversee project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations, and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing strategic accounts.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry-specific knowledge, if applicable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and develop actionable strategies.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to exceed goals.
