At Boots, we're looking for a Customer Advisor to join our team. As a Customer Advisor, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and helping our customers find the best products for them.

About the Role

You'll work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Helping our customers and putting them at ease
  • Getting to know our in-store offers and schemes and promoting them
  • Helping our stores run smoothly
  • Working with other members in the team to provide a great shopping experience

You'll be provided with award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who:

  • Excel in a varied environment, working at pace
  • Communicate and listen effectively
  • Enjoy working as part of a team, promoting a collaborative team dynamic
  • Know that the little things make the biggest difference for customer interactions

It would be great if you also have experience providing customer care and delivering great customer service, but this is not essential.
