Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer 2 to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software applications for mobile devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in object-oriented programming, mobile development, and JavaScript frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software applications for mobile devices using object-oriented design and implementation.
  • Develop mobile or web-based UI using JavaScript and/or JavaScript frameworks such as React Native, React, AngularJS.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software applications.
  • Collaborate with globally dispersed teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain highly reliable applications that require minimal support and maintenance.
  • Work with RESTful API and experience with typescript or other typed programming languages.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript ecosystem tools, such as webpack, npm, etc.
  • Experience with build and deployment tools, such as GitLab, Jenkins.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-5 years of developing software using object-oriented design and implementation.
  • 1-5 years of mobile or web browser-based development experience.
  • 1-5 years of JavaScript and/or JavaScript frameworks such as React Native, React, AngularJS.
  • Experience with developing mobile or web-based UI.
  • Web Development – CSS, HTML, XML/XSLT.
  • Object Oriented Methodologies – OOA, OOD, OOP, Design Patterns.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others both written and orally, with good interpersonal skills.
