Software Engineer II - Cloud | Kubernetes

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer II specializing in Cloud and Kubernetes to join our team at Infinite Campus. As part of your duties, you will maintain and configure build and data pipelines, ensuring the smooth operation of our software products. Your expertise in software engineering, agile methodologies, and SDLC best practices will be key to your success in this position. Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead agile planning, estimation, and communication processes
  • Develop software solutions to address complex business requirements
  • Assess and enhance the quality of requirements, designs, and tests
  • Handle multiple development tasks simultaneously

  • Independently work on projects with minimal supervision

  • Improve code quality and maintainability through refactoring
  • Create and maintain automation tools for source code management, testing, deployment, and more

Background Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field with SDLC experience
  • Familiarity with databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server
  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux administration
  • Experience with virtualization platforms such as Xen or VMware
  • Skills in Java, JavaScript, Groovy, SQL, Angular, and Powershell
  • Experience with configuration management tools like Chef
  • Knowledge of containerized platforms like Kubernetes and AWS
  • Familiarity with source control and build tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, and JFrog Artifactory
