Job Summary:

This position is responsible for handling financial transactions, bookkeeping, and administrative work related to the accounts payable system. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and distribute invoices, vouchers, and expense reports

Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts

Investigate and resolve issues related to financial transactions

Prepare batch check runs, wire transfers, and ACH transactions

Assist with monthly status reports and closings

Perform other duties as required to support the Accounting Department

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting

Knowledge of accounting and operating systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Intermediate Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office skills

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

High school diploma

Accounting experience

Customer Service experience

Excel experience

Good with numbers
