As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection efforts of a team of Collection Specialists, ensuring adherence to North Division protocols, and promoting prompt payment of outstanding invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and monitor the collection efforts of the team to ensure adherence to North Division protocols and that collection goals are exceeded.
  • Assist team members with reconciling difficult accounts and identify issues with billing, pricing, and cylinders that cause customer service problems.
  • Escalate problem accounts to NDIV or field management to ensure prompt and appropriate action.
  • Promote and maintain professional, service-oriented relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Act as an ambassador for the entire department, promoting the value and support the Collections team provides.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • 2 years of prior experience in credit and collections, accounts receivable, finance, and/or a related field.
  • Prior experience with SAP or an ERP system highly preferred.
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to use collaborative and non-adversarial approaches in achieving diverse goals.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
