Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse for Core Services who is passionate about delivering high-quality care. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, including evaluating food/nutrition intake and assessing pain levels in patients.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers and monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects.
  • Monitor patients for any behavioral changes and promptly report any observations to the healthcare team.
  • Aid patients in completing necessary paperwork for patient assistance programs and assist with obtaining prior authorizations for medications or treatments.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all patient care activities, following established documentation protocols.
Requirements
  • Current nursing license, in good standing with the Georgia State licensing board.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate patients' health status, identify changes in condition, and monitor vital signs effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, families, and colleagues in a clear and compassionate manner.
