Regional Sales Development Manager

This role requires a results-focused sales professional to manage sales efforts in the TOLA region (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas). The Territory Manager will be the point person between distributors, installers, and the company, responsible for cultivating relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and motivating distributors to increase sales of IronRidge products.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess at least 5 years of sales and/or sales management experience, with a proven track record of above-average sales results and account management. They should also have exceptional interpersonal skills, a history of building long-standing professional relationships, and the ability to convey mechanical information. Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
