Overview
IronRidge, an Enstall company, designs and manufactures structural hardware for residential and commercial solar systems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our sales efforts in the TOLA region (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas). We are seeking a results-focused sales professional to develop strong relationships with local and national installers while driving sales through our distribution network.

Salary
We offer a competitive base salary of $85,000 annually, with opportunities for commission and bonus based on performance. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, 401(k) match, and long-term incentive plan.

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating new and lasting relationships with local and national installers while moving the sales process through our distribution network. You will also develop and expand relationships with existing distribution partners and end users (installers), creating a strategic, regionally focused sales plan that delivers results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 5+ years in sales and/or sales management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A proven track record in above-average sales results and account management
  • Experience in proactive sales environments with high degrees of personal initiative.

Location:
We ask that our sales professionals reside in the region that they support. For this position, we will consider candidates located in Texas, with a preference for the Dallas or Houston metro areas.
