About the Role

The Lateral Partner Recruiting and Integration Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end process of recruiting and integrating lateral partners, ensuring a seamless transition and successful onboarding experience. This highly organized and detail-oriented professional will work closely with the Legal Recruiting team to support the lateral partner recruiting efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support: Collaborate with the Legal Recruiting team to support the lateral partner recruiting efforts, ensuring timely and effective communication with candidates, firm leadership, and practice group heads.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings and interviews between lateral partner candidates, firm leadership, and practice group heads, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Documentation and Materials: Prepare and distribute relevant materials and documentation to support the recruitment process, maintaining accurate and confidential records of all recruitment activity.
  • Point of Contact: Serve as a point of contact for relevant inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support to candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Integration Planning: Partner with the Director of Lateral Partner Recruiting and Integration to develop and implement Lateral Partner Integration Plans, ensuring a successful onboarding experience for lateral partners.
  • Integration Coordination: Coordinate introductions and integration activities with current partnership and key members of the Business Professionals team, ensuring a seamless transition for lateral partners.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on progress of the partner integration efforts, providing recommendations for continuous improvement of the recruitment and integration processes.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and firm processes are followed, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's Degree is required for this role.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional services environment, preferably within a legal or similar setting, is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and workflow are required.
  • Discretion: Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information are essential for this role.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: The ability to excel in a fast-paced, white-glove service environment is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems are necessary for this role.

Compensation and Benefits

Paul, Weiss offers competitive compensation and benefits packages, including a salary range of $75,000 - $85,000.
