Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, and make recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
