Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:



Greeting and Registering Guests

Ensure a warm and welcoming experience for all guests, registering them promptly and efficiently, and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.



Providing Outstanding Guest Service

Deliver exceptional service to guests throughout their stay, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This includes providing information on hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.



Registering Guests and Modifying Reservations

Handle guest registration and modification of reservations with ease, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all interactions.



Performing Hotel Operator and Concierge Duties

Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, answering their questions and addressing their needs. This includes making recommendations on local dining, entertainment, and activities.



Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of hotel operations and services


Benefits

HYATT Hotels offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.



Estimated Salary: $50,000 per year

Please note that the estimated salary range is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and other factors.
