Healthcare Equipment Sales Specialist

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong entrepreneurial abilities and a commitment to treating the business as their own. You will collaborate closely with the CEO to enhance Ecommerce sales channels and formulate a successful sales strategy for the commercial division of the organization.
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Healthcare Equipment Sales Specialist and Ecommerce Associate. The role entails overseeing online sales platforms, addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, assembling product packs for fulfillment, and driving sales through effective marketing and outreach strategies within the healthcare sector.
Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, preparing customer orders for shipment, and working alongside the CEO to meet revenue objectives.
We are seeking a candidate who is ready to start immediately.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 12 months of experience in Medical Device Sales is essential.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in account management.
- Familiarity with inventory management and product listings.
- Knowledge of Ecommerce platforms and sales strategies.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and health testing.
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Compensation
- Hourly wage of $17.00.
- 1% commission on all sales exceeding the agreed target (potential commission ranges from $1,000 to $3,000 monthly, with no cap).
- 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with weekends off.
