Job Overview

The ideal candidate will exhibit strong entrepreneurial abilities and a commitment to nurturing the business as if it were their own. You will collaborate closely with the CEO to enhance the Ecommerce sales channels and formulate an effective sales strategy for the commercial division of the organization.

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Healthcare Sales Executive and Ecommerce Associate based in our Sarasota, FL office and warehouse. The role encompasses managing online sales platforms, addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, assembling product packs for FBA, and driving sales through impactful marketing and outreach strategies within the medical sector.

Additional responsibilities include overseeing inventory management, preparing customer orders, and partnering with the CEO to meet revenue goals.

We seek a candidate who is ready to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Assess customer needs and suggest suitable products from our extensive catalog.
  • Meet sales targets and objectives established by the organization.
  • Broaden outreach to larger online and physical retailers, as well as other significant market segments (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, etc.).
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors.
  • Engage in sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows as necessary.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Sales Representative or in a comparable sales role.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Robust organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with inventory management and product listings.
  • Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms and sales strategies.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and health testing.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is advantageous.
  • A self-driven and results-oriented mindset.

Compensation:

  • $17.00 per hour
  • 1% commission on all sales exceeding agreed targets (Commission approximately $1,000 - $3,000 per month, with no cap). Paid monthly.
  • 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with weekends off.
