The President/CEO of Alliance Graphics, Inc. will play a critical role in driving the company's strategic direction and overseeing its overall operation. This includes managing key client accounts, leading a diverse team, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the industry trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership and Planning: Develop and implement the organization's long-term strategy in alignment with its mission and values.
  • Operational and Financial Management: Oversee all departments and manage cash flow and financial performance. Ensure deadlines are met and projects are profitable.
  • Team Development and Performance: Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Negotiations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, donors, and community members.

Requirements:
  • Extensive leadership experience, preferably as a President, CEO, or in a similar senior executive role.
  • Proven ability to manage operations, finances, and strategic planning.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience dealing with unions, vendors, and landlords.
  • Effective communicator with a talent for fostering relationships and team building.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, marketing, and digital strategies.
  • A proactive problem solver with a knack for innovation and growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial operations.
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
