Job Overview:

Sales Account Managers play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Inside Sales Representative at Snelling Staffing Services, LLC, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

About the Role:

This role requires:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, and communicating these opportunities to customers.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and making recommendations to enhance sales performance.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the building materials industry.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
