Position Summary
This role is for a Marketing Specialist who will work closely with utility partners to design and execute both digital and traditional marketing initiatives aimed at boosting participation in residential demand response programs. Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with utility partners to enhance enrollment in demand response initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with utility client contacts to gain support for essential marketing efforts.
- Present marketing strategies, project outlines, and insights to utility clients.
- Promote best practices in program marketing to facilitate efficient enrollment growth.
- Work alongside the client success team to advocate for effective marketing strategies.
- Ensure uniform marketing messaging across various channels.
- Develop engaging content and case studies to improve marketing results for clients.
- Create, edit, and manage marketing materials for utility clients across websites, social media, and email platforms.
- Undertake additional tasks as required.

Key Skills and Experience
- 3-4 years of experience in B2C acquisition marketing.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts for clients.
- Familiarity with marketing tactics such as SEO, email marketing, conversion rate optimization, and social media.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics.
- Informed perspectives on marketing copy, design, and user experience best practices.
- Knowledge of Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
- Understanding of the energy sector or a proven ability to quickly learn about complex industries.
- A genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for learning and building relationships.

Compensation
This position offers a salary range of $70,000 - $85,000, which may vary based on location and experience.
