We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Vice President of Customer Success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by illustrating the value of our product and developing strategic relationships to drive growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become knowledgeable of our solutions and service offerings, including SaaS business solutions and implementation methodologies.
  • Coach and develop a team of customer-facing professionals to provide world-class support and drive value realization for our customers.
  • Build executive partnerships across all organizations to ensure we are collecting and sharing signals that will evolve our platform in response to customer needs.
  • Drive product adoption and up-sell opportunities for licenses and services, and expand executive relationships to strengthen our position for expansion.
  • Work to ensure customer satisfaction with our product by anticipating their needs and helping stakeholders achieve business success through our platform.
Requirements
  • 10 years of professional B2B selling and/or renewal experience in technology sales or client relationship management.
  • 10 years of leadership experience leading teams of 50 to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Track record for building and growing a world-class organization.
  • Experience building out a Services or Customer Engagement function.
  • Strong organizational, managerial, and personal skills to successfully communicate and negotiate with internal and external customers.
  • Technically adaptive, with the ability to learn new solutions, features, and functionality, and communicate those in a value-added way to customers.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas; self-motivated and driven by results.
  • Technical proficiency in SaaS and data platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
