- 10 years of professional B2B selling and/or renewal experience in technology sales or client relationship management.
- 10 years of leadership experience leading teams of 50 to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Track record for building and growing a world-class organization.
- Experience building out a Services or Customer Engagement function.
- Strong organizational, managerial, and personal skills to successfully communicate and negotiate with internal and external customers.
- Technically adaptive, with the ability to learn new solutions, features, and functionality, and communicate those in a value-added way to customers.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas; self-motivated and driven by results.
- Technical proficiency in SaaS and data platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
