Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Legal Assistant to join our team at Landlord Resource Network, LLC. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, providing administrative support to our attorneys, and assisting with various tasks related to our legal practice.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, track inventory, and coordinate ordering
- Coordinate in-office events to foster team culture
- Plan marketing and community events to connect with clients
- Track continuing education requirements for attorneys
- E-Filing court documents
- Provide exceptional customer service via email and phone
- Assist with office tasks such as mailings, scanning, and electronic court filings
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in office administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
