The organization is a leading distributor of Division 10 products, which encompass restroom partitions, accessories, lockers, visual display boards, flagpoles, and various replacement components.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and expand a diverse customer portfolio across a broad geographic area.
  • Formulate and implement targeted strategic initiatives to enhance business profitability.
  • Achieve sales revenue goals and key performance indicators as outlined by the Sales Director.
  • Assist clients in selecting appropriate products while promoting strategic brands.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up on all assigned quotations.
  • Achieve a quote-to-close ratio of 20% or higher.
  • Identify, assess, and resolve sales-related challenges promptly.
  • Engage in construction site meetings as necessary to facilitate issue resolution.
  • Gather and share market intelligence and competitor insights through the company database.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and timely field reports.
  • Participate in industry events and promotional activities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient communication skills in English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Ability to interpret equipment operation manuals and Safety Data Sheets.
  • Solid mathematical aptitude.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in outside sales is essential.
  • Carpentry skills are advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business is preferred but not mandatory.

Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid Driver's License is required.

Travel Requirement:
- Willingness to travel up to 50% is necessary.
