Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team at TEKsystems. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of CCTV and burglar alarm systems at various commercial establishments.

Work Schedule:

This position typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional weekend or evening work required, though such instances will be communicated in advance. Importantly, there is no on-call duty associated with this role.

Compensation:

Our compensation structure includes payment for travel time to and from job sites after the initial hour of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure CCTV and alarm systems in commercial settings.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices during installations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support during the installation process.

Essential Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in:

  • Installation of security systems
  • Knowledge of CCTV and alarm technologies
  • Access control systems and programming

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity or certification with the following manufacturers is highly desirable:

  • Burglar Alarm Systems: DMP, Bosch, Honeywell
  • IP CCTV: Hanwha, Axis, Verint, Exacq, Avigilon, Eagle Eye
