Arcade Equipment Specialist

RPM Raceway Stamford, CT is seeking a skilled and driven Arcade Technician to join our team. As an Arcade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining equipment in designated locations safely and courteously, in accordance with established standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Install new and used Arcade/Vending/VR equipment on site.
- Troubleshoot computers to the modular level.
- Use diagnostic tools (multi-meter) to determine repair plans.
- Handle all aspects of repairs and installations.
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal operating conditions.
- Test functionality and performance following installations.
- Be responsible for the overall cleanliness of the arcade.
- Train game attendants properly.
- Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
- Be available on weekends as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, entertainment, or food and beverage is ideal.
- Amusement or vending experience is a plus, but not required.
- Be comfortable with tools and able to handle repairs.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Have computer and paperwork skills.
- Be able to climb a 10' ladder.
- Be able to work comfortably in tight areas.
