In this role, you will take charge of front office reception and administrative responsibilities, which include welcoming visitors, managing phone communications, addressing company inquiries, and overseeing our online presence and social media profiles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in meaningful conversations, deliver exceptional service to candidates, and streamline office operations.
  • Serve as a welcoming presence for both the team and guests.
  • Oversee the applicant tracking system and maintain internal reporting on a daily basis.
  • Facilitate interview reminders and check-ins, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for candidates.
  • Assist in keeping office schedules on track for hiring managers.
  • Maintain the reception area’s appearance, ensuring it is tidy, clean, and organized.
  • Provide valuable insights during recruitment meetings regarding candidates' engagement while in the reception area.
  • Handle the collection and distribution of mail and packages, as well as replenish office supplies as needed.
  • Enhance candidate retention throughout the recruitment process by creating a welcoming first impression.
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to boost brand visibility and support marketing initiatives.
