Job Title: Director, Creative Asset Management

At Publicis Groupe, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Creative Asset Management to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for facilitating the creative development and production process between clients, design agencies, and media partners to ensure timely and accurate execution of our digital ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple complex campaigns and lines of businesses, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Oversee the development of creative video and custom program development, including production timelines and technical specifications, and routing of digital display, video, and other creative assets between the client, internal teams, creative agencies, and media partners.
  • Manage and oversee the internal creative traffic process from ideation to launch for all digital/advertising campaigns, ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines.
  • Strategize and partner with agency teams to establish baseline project plans for all agency deliverables, utilizing project management best practices and tools.
  • Develop reports and documentation to keep clients and agency informed on projects/campaigns, deliverable progress, and issue tracking.
  • Analyze and prioritize multiple activities and project needs, establishing attainable deadlines and resolving project issues and escalating challenges and risks as needed.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of agency experience in project management, with a strong understanding of the advertising industry and multiple media types.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across disciplines with colleagues, clients, and partners at all levels.
  • Advanced understanding of digital media creative specs, IAB standards, and related concepts.
  • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
