Job Summary: The Inside Sales team at ASUS plays a vital role in the overall business operations by collaborating with various internal departments and clients to meet all sales requirements efficiently. The responsibilities of the Inside Sales position encompass generating analytical reports, managing data, processing customer orders, and overseeing inventory levels. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment, along with a quick learning ability and resourcefulness in completing tasks. Key Responsibilities: Address the requirements of sales representatives and manage customer accounts. Verify customer orders, pricing, and processing procedures. Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and returns. Track shipment schedules to guarantee timely deliveries. Provide marketing materials for accounts as necessary. Collaborate with other departments, including accounting, logistics, and marketing. Adjust sales credits and/or sales orders as needed. Set up new customer shipping addresses. Prepare weekly backorder lists for planning purposes. Participate in weekly meetings with customers and sales teams as scheduled. Process purchase orders efficiently. Conduct forecasting based on customer activity. Generate and compile weekly reports for Sales, Account Managers, and clients. Maintain regular communication with customers, develop promotional activities, and monitor account inventories and sales metrics. Work in partnership with Sales, product managers, forwarders, and customers to ensure smooth shipment processes. Coordinate with the Warehouse and Accounting departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and follow up on product returns. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary by management. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. 2-3 years of relevant experience. Skills and Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including V-Lookup and Pivot Tables. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an office setting, which may involve prolonged periods of sitting. The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually. The final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
