Clinical Nursing Supervisor - Home Health

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nursing Supervisor for our home health division.

This role involves overseeing the clinical services delivered to homecare patients throughout their care journey. Key responsibilities include managing care coordination, supervising nursing staff, fostering caregiver development, and ensuring adherence to clinical standards.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Current RN license in applicable states
  • Minimum of one year experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Supervisory experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in English
Compensation Overview:

Salary Range:
$75,000 - $78,000 with opportunities for quarterly bonuses up to $3,500
