Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all clinical services provided to clients, as well as the education, training, and supervision of our nurses in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Care Management: Oversee the delivery of high-quality care to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their goals are achieved.
  • Team Supervision: Provide guidance, support, and feedback to our nursing team, helping them to develop their skills and advance their careers.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Review and ensure the accuracy of client documentation, ensuring that all necessary information is submitted in a timely manner.
  • Client Triage: Assess client needs and develop individualized Plans of Care, working closely with the Clinical Director and other members of the care team.
  • Home and Hospital Visits: Conduct regular visits to clients in their homes and hospitals, providing support and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Active RN License: Possess an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Supervisory Experience: Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a home health care setting, leading or directing nursing visit care.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
