Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with U-Haul products and services, providing solutions to their needs and concerns.
  • Use technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Inspect and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition for customer use.
  • Answer questions and educate customers on U-Haul products and services, promoting our brand and values.
  • Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Install hitches and trailer wiring, and fill propane tanks, ensuring customer equipment is ready for use.
  • Drive a forklift, as needed, to move equipment and supplies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education, staying up-to-date on U-Haul products and services.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with moderate risks and discomforts. You will be required to wear protective clothing and gear, as needed, to ensure your safety and the safety of others.

Physical Demands

The work requires physical exertion, including long periods of standing, moving around, and lifting equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. You must be able to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
