Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate as an integral member of a diverse culinary team, executing high-quality menu items under the guidance of experienced chefs.
- Master the pastry program, ensuring proper station preparation, cleanliness, and effective communication with team members to maintain a seamless kitchen operation.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of ingredients and cooking techniques, contributing to a professional service that prioritizes excellence in food preparation and presentation.
- Proactively address guest requests, delivering tailored service that reflects our commitment to hospitality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a full-service kitchen, preferably in a fine dining context.
- Strong understanding of food preparation methods and ingredients.
- A true passion for culinary arts and hospitality.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly demeanor and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new culinary techniques and procedures.
- Flexible availability for various shifts, including both AM and PM service.
- Experience with Korean cuisine is advantageous but not mandatory.
Physical Requirements:
- Capability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
- Proficient use of kitchen tools and equipment.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the kitchen for the duration of the shift.
