About the Role

US Foods is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing established and new customers, selling food and non-food items to achieve sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of sales experience in the food service industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
