Job Title: Retail Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Territory Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing sales strategies in assigned customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Execution: Deliver against monthly and quarterly sales objectives in assigned customers, ensuring execution of sales priorities and providing direction to retail execution team.
  • Sales Strategy: Utilize strong selling skills to secure incremental selling opportunities and execute headquarter authorized programs to grow the business.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide on-site consultation and sales expertise to customers, establishing and maintaining rapport with key store personnel to drive business growth.
  • Team Management: Directly manage a team of sales representatives, including scheduling, recruiting, hiring, coaching, developing, training, and utilizing the Performance Management process.
  • Merchandising and Inventory: Communicate plans and effectively deploy merchandising resources within territory budget to build sales volume at store level.
  • Operations: Conduct all business operations within Mondelēz International safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of selling experience, including a strong sales background with excellent understanding of business processes and systems.
  • Skills: Ability to perform physical demanding work in a fast-paced work environment, meet the defined physical activities, and adhere to safety expectations and processes.
  • Certifications: Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check.
