Produce Department Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Miners Incorporated as a Produce Department Associate. As a key member of our produce team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the presentation of the finest and freshest produce items to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce Handling: You will be responsible for handling and rotating produce items, ensuring they are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Customer Service: You will work closely with customers to educate them on various produce items, share recommendations, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Product Knowledge: You will be required to learn about different produce items, including their origin, seasonality, and nutritional benefits.
  • Inventory Management: You will assist in managing produce inventory, including receiving, stocking, and rotating products.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Lifting and Mobility: You will be required to lift, stand, walk, and work with your hands and fingers throughout your entire work shift.
  • Physical Demands: You will be required to lift items and products up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
