About the Role

Celebration Villa of Allison Park is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative (Concierge) to join our team. As the face of our community, you will provide exceptional assistance and information to incoming guests, visitors, and staff to facilitate their entrance into or exit from the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate as the welcoming ambassador of our community, providing a warm and informative experience for residents, their families, and the public.
  • Answer, screen, and forward calls, providing information and taking messages.
  • Direct or escort visitors to specific destinations.
  • Perform word processing duties as assigned.
  • Assist guests in and out of vehicles or wheelchairs.
  • Report any issues or problems that may arise to the Executive Director.
  • Comply with state, federal, and all other applicable health care and safety standards.
  • Assist families and other visitors as needed.
  • Promote and exemplify the Celebration Villa of Allison Park mission and values at all times.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred; a minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license with no moving violations in the last four (4) years.
  • Must pass a background screening.
  • Prior experience in long-term care, home health, or related service industries, a plus.
