Motorcycle Sales Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motorcycle Sales Executive to join our team at Wise Auto Group. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in achieving exceptional results and providing an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive business growth and profitability.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including motorcycles, parts, and accessories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to ensure our sales approach remains competitive and effective.
Work collaboratively with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to achieve business objectives.
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team.
Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales leadership position within a motor vehicle dealership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales strategy development, execution, and analysis.
- A proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with motorcycle sales and industry trends, or willingness to learn.
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $125,000 per year, plus commission pay and benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts.
