JOIN OUR TEAM AS A REMOTE REVENUE RECOVERY SPECIALIST

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexible start times between 6:30 AM and 8:30 AM EST.

Compensation: Hourly rate ranging from $20 to $25.80, based on experience and qualifications.

As a Revenue Recovery Specialist, you will delve into the intricate reimbursement processes between healthcare facilities and insurance providers. This role involves collaborating with dedicated project teams focused on retrospective recovery initiatives. You will engage with a variety of payers, clients, and systems, conducting thorough investigations of claims, following up with insurance companies, managing accounts receivable, addressing stalled claims, and performing other activities that contribute to enhancing revenue collection for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently track progress towards weekly and monthly objectives, which are tailored to the specific projects assigned to the Revenue Recovery Specialists.
  • Daily tasks may include drafting appeal letters, making phone calls, and conducting research and audits on numerous accounts.
  • Focus on quality rather than quantity.
  • Manage a typical volume of 20 accounts per day, subject to project specifications.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Ability to comprehend contracts and accurately price claims, including reading and interpreting contractual agreements.
  • Proficient in computer and technical skills, including experience with Excel and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
  • Experience working remotely with a suitable home office setup.
All necessary equipment will be provided.
