  • Conduct regular reviews of service delivery to mitigate cost and schedule overruns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer escalations effectively while maintaining strong Customer Relationship Management practices, focusing on improving Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
  • Possess a robust understanding of the Retail domain.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Solid knowledge of Cloud, Big Data, and Digital technologies.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Account Management, including onsite roles, with a proven track record of managing relationships at the CXO level, including steering committees and executive meetings.
