- Build and enhance relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to boost revenue and create new opportunities in Domain Solutions and Digital Technologies, including Cloud, IoT, Analytics, AI, and Cognitive solutions.
- Conduct regular reviews of service delivery to mitigate cost and schedule overruns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer escalations effectively while maintaining strong Customer Relationship Management practices, focusing on improving Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
- Possess a robust understanding of the Retail domain.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Solid knowledge of Cloud, Big Data, and Digital technologies.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Account Management, including onsite roles, with a proven track record of managing relationships at the CXO level, including steering committees and executive meetings.
