We are seeking a Multilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Amergis. This individual will interact with customers in response to their inquiries, provide information, and resolve complaints.

Job Description

This role requires a strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and processes. The successful candidate will have 1 year of recent experience in customer service in a healthcare or insurance setting and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with inbound and outbound calls.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in computer skills and familiar with CRM software. Additionally, they should be organized and able to document all customer interactions accurately in the system.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as health, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, and awards and recognition programs.
