Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and articulate Multilingual Customer Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls regarding medical appointments and scheduling.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, typically between 20-25 hours per week, Monday through Friday. You must be fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work from home, providing a quiet workspace that meets our requirements. We prefer candidates located in the Chicagoland area for easier collaboration and training opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working in a call center environment, preferably with experience using EPIC software and possessing basic medical terminology knowledge.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to medical appointments and scheduling.
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English to provide top-notch customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
