Multilingual Customer Service Specialist

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual individual to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment. This role requires interacting with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about Medicare and Medicaid benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls from members regarding benefits, eligibility, and coverage
- Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and assist with enrollment processes
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Document all customer interactions accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year of recent experience in customer service in a healthcare or insurance setting
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and processes required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Strong organizational skills as you are given various scripts to follow for calls
- High school diploma required
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Covid-19 Vaccine required
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience
