Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual individual to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment. This role requires interacting with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about Medicare and Medicaid benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls from members regarding benefits, eligibility, and coverage
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and assist with enrollment processes
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Document all customer interactions accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1 year of recent experience in customer service in a healthcare or insurance setting
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and processes required
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
  • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • Strong organizational skills as you are given various scripts to follow for calls
  • High school diploma required
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Covid-19 Vaccine required

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience
