About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team at PVH Corp. as a Floor Supervisor. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Store and Assistant Manager in all aspects of the store, including personnel, product, merchandising, and visual functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and motivate the store team to provide exceptional customer service, generate sales and profit, and maintain a visually distinctive and impeccably maintained store environment.
  • Maximize associate productivity, ensure compliance with company standards and policies, and create a results-driven environment.
  • Assist in the development of associates through feedback, coaching, and training.
  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Develop proficiency in all operational policies and procedures.
  • Manage time and prioritize tasks.
Managerial Responsibilities:
  • Maximize sales by ensuring the customer service program is executed to standard and merchandise styles and sizes are well represented on the sales floor.
  • Assist with training, developing, and executing sales goals and customer service standards.
  • Communicate statistical results and identify business needs.
  • Communicate with the team at regular meetings, regarding individual sales performance and other key performance indicators.
Operational Responsibilities:
  • Understand and comply with all company policy, procedures, and operations.
  • Receive and process shipments and transfers.
  • Follow inventory shrinkage improvement program.
  • Assist to ensure the store has all necessary tools and knowledge of how to use them adequately.
  • Maintain the highest level of security and safety awareness within the store.
Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Work with store management to source the best talent through networking and recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and orientation process.
  • Assist in the development of all associates to be knowledgeable in areas of product and sales.
  • Create energy, excitement, and recognition around team and individual accomplishment and successes.
  • Participate and assist the Store Manager in weekly management meetings and quarterly staff meetings.
Merchandising & Visual Responsibilities:
  • Assist in making business decisions based on current sell-through strategies.
  • Maintain elevated store presentation by training and overseeing standards as defined by brand standards and company directives.
  • Keep management informed of all merchandise and visual related issues.
  • Execute markdowns and re-merchandise, as needed.
