POSITION REPORTS TO:
Store Management

ROLE SUMMARY:

The primary role of the Sales Associate is to promote and sell Tommy Hilfiger products by adhering to the TH Customer Service Standards. This position also involves various operational tasks as assigned by Store Management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver TH Customer Service consistently to meet company standards.
  • Maintain merchandise levels on the sales floor.
  • Ensure the store's visual presentation is distinctive and impeccably maintained.
  • Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shortages.
  • Understand store sales objectives and individual contributions to business outcomes.
  • Adhere to all operational policies and procedures.
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Participate in Take 5 meetings and staff meetings as required.

CUSTOMER SERVICE FOCUS:
  • Maximize sales potential in line with TH Customer Service standards.
  • Build a loyal customer base through exceptional service.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, promotions, and events to enhance selling effectiveness.
  • Foster a positive shopping experience by treating all customers and team members fairly.
  • Maintain zone coverage and prioritize customer engagement over assigned tasks.

PERSONAL CONDUCT:
  • Represent the TH brand through professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Exhibit professionalism in conduct.
  • Be flexible with work hours as assigned by management.
  • Communicate any concerns to management promptly.
  • Maintain respect among peers, staff, and supervisors.
  • Encourage a shared vision and act with integrity.
  • Support all company and management decisions.
  • Adapt to scheduling changes, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

OPERATIONAL DUTIES:
  • Follow all Policies and Procedures diligently.
  • Monitor the sales floor and stockroom for loss prevention and report any unusual activities to management.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures as directed by store management to ensure readiness for business.
  • Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

MERCHANDISING & VISUAL STANDARDS:
  • Ensure accurate replenishment of products on the sales floor.
  • Comply with visual merchandising standards.
  • Execute markdowns and re-merchandising as necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of store fixtures and hardware.

COMPENSATION:
$20.70
