Job Summary:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fast-paced call center environment. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Email Management: Respond to customer emails in a timely manner, ensuring quick and thorough responses.
  • Multitasking: Effectively work on multiple computer screens to manage different systems and tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service by being attentive, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required.
  • Skills: Strong multitasking skills, ability to work efficiently on multiple computer screens, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
