Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications and modules
  • Implement and configure ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow
  • Develop and maintain release management processes
  • Collaborate with technical teams, business partners, and project managers to assess and mitigate cross-impact to proposed releases
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of relevant working experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
  • BE Computer Science or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development and implementation methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
