Responsibilities
  • Be the face of Serenity Healthcare, providing exceptional customer service and support to patients.
  • One on one coaching and commitment to patients during treatment, helping them achieve their goals.
  • Graduate Serenity's paid TMS training program, gaining expertise in TMS treatment.
  • Own outcomes of patient treatment, working closely with the team to ensure success.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Strong customer service mindset and three years' work experience in customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
  • Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals.
