About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales team at Dusty Robotics, Inc. and drive business growth through strategic sales and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Sales Team: Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop Sales Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and quota setting.
  • Training and Development: Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategy and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience leading sales teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of sales best practices and methodologies.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the construction industry or a related field is highly desirable.
