We recently implemented Infor FSM, and as part of our ongoing efforts to support this essential module, we are building a dedicated team to provide comprehensive support throughout its lifecycle.

About the Job

This role involves delivering training program materials in a classroom setting, collaborating with the Infor Training Manager to refine and update course content as needed. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Training Manager to develop systematic and effective learning processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training sessions on relevant applications in a classroom environment.
  • Assist in designing and developing training programs, selecting delivery methods and content sources.
  • Utilize, test, and maintain the training environment.
  • Update and maintain all training materials.
  • Maintain policy and procedure documentation.
  • Maintain training curriculum and provide ongoing training post-live.
  • Develop evaluation tools to assess training module effectiveness.
  • Provide exceptional client service and contribute to the organization's mission.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in adult education.
  • A minimum of one full lifecycle ERP implementation experience as a Training Team Member (preferably INFOR ERP Solution).
  • General proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Visio.
  • The ability to communicate technical information to various audiences.
  • Demonstrated competency in interpersonal skills, writing skills, effective communication, facilitation, coaching, organizational skills, and presentation skills.
  • Experience conducting virtual training sessions and proficiency with virtual training tools.
Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on location and experience.
