Key Responsibilities

This role involves placing and entering all orders in a timely manner, performing data entry tasks to update and maintain databases, maintaining and updating customer records, collaborating with logistics and other departments to ensure smooth delivery, and monitoring shipment status and providing timely updates to customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent customer service skills.
