Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Infor ERP Finance and Supply Chain Management technology team. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the development and integration strategy for our Infor ERP system.

Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Development: Provide leadership and develop direct reports, mentor team members, and ensure professional development.
  • Product Design and Optimization: Provide high-level input on product design and optimization, manage product infrastructure, monitor performance, and gather user requirements.
  • Project Management: Manage projects of varying size, complexity, and scope, develop scope documents and work estimates, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Client Service and Communication: Provide outstanding client service, address and troubleshoot high-level client issues, establish priorities with clients and end-users.
  • Development and Integration: Define and execute the Infor ERP development and integration strategy, lead and mentor a team of developers and integration specialists, oversee the design and implementation of integration solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience, ERP migration experience, experience managing teams, understanding of application systems development lifecycle, industry experience in or supporting a client community, ability to estimate development effort and write proposals, experience in software development, strong knowledge of Infor ERP systems, proven experience managing development teams and projects, expertise in Agile or DevOps methodologies, understanding of integration techniques (APIs, ETL, middleware), knowledge of ERP security and compliance standards, exceptional problem-solving skills, strong project management skills.
