Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the upkeep and operation of the field tray and retractable roof.
  • Manage the Building Automation Systems (BAS) and ensure seamless integration with other building systems.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all building systems and equipment.
  • Supervise and train a team of facilities staff, including administrative functions, training, and monitoring work assignments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with OSHA and state/local safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives and oversee the Stadium's Energy Management Program.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in facilities management, with a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures.
